About Us

ILEYS was established on January 15, 2016 in Jigjiga, Somali Regional State, Ethiopia.

Currently, ILEYS is honored to serve the Somali Regional President’s Office and associated government premises, where we are recognized for our efficiency, confidentiality, quick response, and cost-effective service delivery. Our proven track record of integrity and reliability has also earned us additional contracts, including the provision of cleaning, gardening, and porter services at Sheikh Hassan Yabare Comprehensive Specialized Hospital.

The main objective was to create job opportunities through training programs and match non-skilled manpower with available job opportunities. With a dedicated team of skilled professionals led by experienced supervisors, ILEYS ensures high-quality service delivery across all sectors. We are committed to continuous improvement, regularly reviewing our operational procedures, incorporating client feedback, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and responsiveness.

Under its mandate, ILEYS is deeply committed to community development, creating over 730 employment opportunities across various sectors and playing a critical role in reducing unemployment and supporting livelihoods throughout the Somali Region.
